User Login

By accepting these terms and conditions you agree that your login details (email address and password) are to be kept private and undislosed to 3rd parties that you have not explicitly given access. It is the user's responsibility to make sure that they are not left logged in and the customer account open for use by others. The user must either close the browser or click the log out link at the top right of the website to log out. Studiospares Europe Ltd will not be held responsible for orders placed by third parties due to the account being left logged in. Please make sure when using public computers that you either close the browser or log out after using the website.

Collection in Store

If you have paid online using a Card or PayPal and have selected the 'Collect in Store' option, please make sure you have read and understood our collection procedure that can be found here: Click & Collect T&Cs

Account customers (30-Day Inovice) will need to provide a written, faxed, emailed Purchase Order before collecting. The person collecting the goods must bring a copy of this order and identification with them when they collect.

 

Methods of payment

Goods ordered through our Web Shop and paid for by Credit / Debit card can be collected from our Warehouse. The customer must bring a photo ID and show it to one of our colleagues.

Goods can only be sent to Card Holder's address which is verified before despatch.

Cheque payments: It is still possible to pay by cheque, but please note that the cheque will have to clear before goods can be despatched. This is a slow process, and is likely to delay delivery of your order by 1 to 2 weeks.

Liability: The customer will be responsible for ensuring the goods fit the purpose of the application. Studiospares Europe Ltd endeavours to ensure that the information given in this catalogue is correct. We accept no liability in respect of loss arising from errors in the information provided. In no event shall any breach of contract or tort or negligence or failure of any kind on our part or that of our employees be accepted as liability for loss of revenue or consequential loss or damage arising from any cause whatsoever.
This includes any third-party companies we use to provide our services, including, but not limited to, any delays caused by our courier or mailing services.

Studiospares Europe Ltd endeavours to make sure that this website and any related and or posted content to third party websites, including advertising, contains no factual or pricing errors. If errors do exist, we reserve the right to sell at whatever price prevails at that time. E & OE.

Web Order Confirmation

When our system receives your Web Order, it will send you a confirmation email. This email simply confirms that we have received your order and does not amount to a contract between Studiospares Europe Ltd and yourself. The contract will be entered into at the point of despatch of goods when we raise a Sales Invoice for the sale of the goods being despatched.

 

Special Delivery Instructions

Customers requesting special delivery instructions:

Any items left without signature at the customers request are left at the CUSTOMERS OWN RISK. This applies to items left in out houses, at front doors etc.

High value items will not be left in this manner, these items WILL require a signature. If you have any queries about your delivery please feel free to contact sales at: sales@studiospares.com

Please note there are exceptions in some parts of Scotland due to a small number of courier depots. Some places, although being on the mainland UK, count as highlands and islands because of this. If you are unsure, please get in contact with us and we can check for you.

 

Out of stock and Pre-order items

Items that are out of stock or pre-order are usually available within 7 working days from the point of order, if in stock with a UK Supplier. However, there are times where we are unable to fulfil this due to supplier delays. Please note that supplier delays may have an affect on your order. If you wish for us to find out a more accurate timeframe, please feel free to give our sales team a call on or Email sales@studiospares.com.

 

Drop Ship Orders

Please note that in order to fulfil drop ship orders, we will need to send your address and contact details to our supplier so they can send the goods to you.

 

Fraud Checks

To ensure that your credit, debit or charge card is not being used without your consent, we will validate name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third party databases. By accepting these terms and conditions you consent to such checks being made. In performing these checks personal information provided by you may be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency which may keep a record of that information. You can rest assured that this is done only to confirm your identity, that a credit check is not performed and that your credit rating will be unaffected. All information provided by you will be treated securely and strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

 

Discounts

Everyone in our industry is in 'The Trade'. Practically all Studiospares Europe Ltd prices are discounted. Some prices are just a few % above our buying in price. We supply huge purchasing organisations, dealers, schools, charities and acknowledge that such purchasers should pay less if they are purchasing larger quantities. Therefore quantity discounts apply to all products and are shown under that item's code number. We run a very efficient operation so have lower running costs. We prefer to pass these savings on to the customer. Many Manufacturers/Importers insist we publish only full list prices. To obtain our actual selling price simply phone and quote the product's code number. Our actual selling price is whatever the computer shows and everyone pays the same price.

However occasionally certain outlets grossly overstock a product and then have to sell at a loss or sell off end of line products proclaiming 50% off. Studiospares Europe Ltd cannot promise to sell at a loss; where a competitor's price is below our buying-in price, we may be obliged to offer a 'best possible deal' instead of matching the price.
