The Zoom R12 MultiTrak Recorder is a portable project studio made for musicians and content creators who like to have the freedom record and create their tracks on the go.  

 

Smartphone Friendly

 Building upon the new features on the R20, the R12 provides a smartphone compatible experience from its touchscreen colour LCD to its full integrated multi-channel mixer board and recorder with transport controls. 

 

Endless Connectivity 

The R12 is packed full of features like 2 XLR/jack combo inputs, 8 tracks, it can record directly to SDHC or SDXC cards up to 1TB and can be powered by either an AC power adapter, 4 AA batteries or a USB power bank. The R12 can also be used as a 2-in/4-out USB-C audio interface. 

 

Play Your Way 

The Zoom R12 provides 150 internal rhythm patterns and import functions for audio files from an SD card or USB stick, making it a breeze to integrate your own backing tracks or samples into your projects. You can even create a playlist of them with the new Sequence Play function. As well as this it has an internal synthesiser with 18 sounds and 1 drum kit playable when you connect a midi keyboard through USB-C. 

Other features include an EQ, compressor, gate and an MFX processor compatible with Zoom’s Guitar Lab software. You can also use it as a DAW control surface for the Mac or PC.
