One take - that's all you need. The M2 records clipping-free audio always. Thanks to 32-bit float recording, there's no need for leveling. Whether you're recording softly spoken dialogue or thundering drums, you'll always get the sound you want.

Extremely quiet grip noise. Combined with the specially designed high-gloss finish, the M2's unique, resiliently suspended X/Y stereo microphones ensure that hand noise is drastically minimised.

Stereo and mono modes. Record in either mono or stereo mode. Stereo is recommended for music performances, while mono is the perfect choice for recording interviews and dialogue.

Normalize function. The M2 offers a NORMALIZE function that allows you to optimise the levels of your recordings by raising or lowering the volume. This saves time and makes the post-production process more efficient.

Always in sight. Thanks to the real-time waveform display on the M2's LCD screen, you can always keep an eye on your recordings.

Use the headphone output to listen to your recordings or use the internal speaker for quick reference.

USB microphone with 32-bit float. Connect the M2 via USB to record and stream with a PC, Mac, or in iOS, or Android.

Integrated microphone mount. For stationary recording, mount the Zoom M2 on a microphone stand using the supplied microphone holder.

Long battery life. Up to 11 hours of battery life via Type AA batteries, securely housed via a new locking system, ensures the M2 is always ready to record when you need it.
