Acoustistop Rubber Floor Tile
The 10mm Acoustistop Rubber Floor Isolation Tile is an amazing product, primarily intended to help reduce floor borne noise from any source including performers, orchestras or even from footsteps. Acoustistop tiles are both stand-alone products that can be used as carpet tile or used as a very high-performance underlay.
The non-slip surface is 'springy' and slightly compresses underweight so anything dropped on the tile will probably survive intact. Great for laying under drum kits. Its open-cell surface also adds sound absorption qualities. It is a very dense product, (125 tiles weigh in at one ton). Can be shaped with a sharp knife. Supplied individually. Tiles measure 1m x 1m and are 10mm thick. Weight 8kg each. Manufactured from 100% recycled materials.
