Guitar Multi Effects Processor with eighty different effects
The Zoom G1Xon has a huge pile of effects built in. All the things you would expect are here. Classic distortion and overdrive pedals such as the BOSS OD-1, Fuzz Face, Pro Co Rat are all here in some shape or form. There is even an acoustic simulator to turn your electric into an acoustic guitar. Amp modelling wise there is a big selection. They are accurate and sound excellent. The Zoom G1Xon has a big variety of reverb and delay effects to choose from. Also present are some classic modulation sounds. The BOSS CH-1 Super Chorus and ADA Flanger are two examples of these. Dynamic and filter effects include compressors, equalisation and wah. There is no shortage of sounds in this guitar multi effects processor. To top it all is the thirty second looper.
The Zoom G1Xon has intuitive controls
When it comes to guitar multi effects there is nothing more off-putting than spending hours, days, weeks of your life programming it! With the Zoom G1Xon you don't have to. It works a little like a bunch of individual stomp boxes squashed into a compact enclosure. This guitar multi effects processor basically has a virtual pedal chain. You can have up to five effects switched on at once. In fact, you would probably set the effects up in a similar way to compact stompboxes. Another great feature is the built-in guitar tuner. Simply depress the two pedals together and it brings up the tuner on the screen. Once you get everything just the way you want it, just save. The Zoom G1Xon will happily run off both mains and batteries. It comes with batteries included. The power supply is optional.
Expression Pedal on the Zoom G1Xon
The Zoom G1Xon multi effects processor also includes an expression pedal. This can be set up and used in different ways. For example use it as a volume pedal. Wah, another classic guitar effect is also controllable using the expression pedal. The pedal is easily calibrated to customise sensitivity.
