Speaker Cable SC-Eclipse SPQ240 MKII; 2 x 4,00 mm²; PVC Ø 9,50 mm; grey.

This speaker cable will always return to its normal position. Even with severe traffic violations – when rolled over by a flight case – it will always stand its ground. As a special feature we have fitted the cable with a viscose filled PVC smoother and a 0.50 mm² sense line. This cable can withstand even the toughest stage demands.

This speaker cable has fine and tightly stranded OFC litz wires like they are normalle found only in exclusive top-class hifi cables. For optimum conductivity we have grouped the copper litz wires into complex bundles. Which is why this cable has not only an incredible flexibility, but also an outstanding transmission quality. This can be noticed also with longer cable runs by clean and clear highs, dynamic mids and increased bass punch.

    This cable is a bargain at this price & can be used as conventional speaker cable by ignoring the smaller cables in the jacket.

    This is great cable at a really good price currently from Studio spares. I'm not entirely sure what the two smaller cables are inside the casing, but you can leave them disconnected to use this as conventional 4mm^2 speaker cable. I only have Cordial CLS 240 to compare this too, which was slightly thicker in real terms (also listed as 4mm^2) but this is easier to strip. Quality wise they're very similar but this just feels a little better. No comments on sound quality since I believe decent OFC cables of similar thickness are much of a muchness.
