    I am very impressed with the mic, and it was just perfect for what i need, as i can use it for live bands, band practices, recording, and corporate events. The stand seems very sturdy, and the cable feels like a pretty good quality one, and, for the price that Studio Spares offer for this, it really is a no brainer!

    As a lead singer,and frontman in a band,i will not settle for'make do',i require really good gear..the sm58 package from 'studiospares'is just awesome for the task in hand...excellent value and top quality...you cant go wrong...get yourself one!

    This is a fantastic pack for what it is. The Shure SM58 is a perfect microphone that can be used for live performances or recording. The leads with neutriks connectors are reliable. The only downfall would be the Studiospares Microphone Stands, they are not great because the screws come lose and you have to screw mic clips on tight. They don't have as long of a life expectancy as [example] the K&M Mic Stands. But other than that this is a great package for a great price.

    Just what is needed for a standard/basic mic set up. Very adaptable in its use and the lead and stand so far seem great. Delighted I went down this route for a first time purchase and will deal with studiospares again [...]

    I use the product within my band for my backing vocals. Great thing about the mic is it's clean quality sound which it gives my vocals. There isn't really anything not great about it apart from the mic stand which is very poor. The screw-pieces to stop the adjustable arm from spinning around never hold it tight so it always comes loose and is easy to rotate.
