The MKH 416 is a short shotgun interference tube microphone. Its excellent directivity and compact design, high consonant articulation and feedback rejection make it a superb all-round microphone for film, radio, and television, especially for outside broadcast applications.

The MKH 416 is ideal for experienced audio professionals and is fully compatible with many handheld recorders, mixer adapters and built-in preamps. Its sleek, matte black finish prevents unwanted reflections and the foam windshield reduces the noises you don't want to pick up.
