There really aren't many UK shops selling good quality audio spares, and fewer still with a good range and realistic prices, so I was forced to take a chance in buying from you, and I'm really glad I did. From one of my initial conversations with your staff whatever doubts i had were patiently addressed. Of note is someone i spoke to called Russell...his ability to induce calm within stress is quite profound.Whereas i had episodes of being flustered due to not understanding studio tchnology etc,he would gently educate me. Also he made me feel like i was the only customer for the day despite me knowing that was clearly not the case. As a result of speaking to him i followed through with my intentions to buy in which i encountered someone called Paresh at the sales counter. Again a very pleasant and professional person. Despite times when i would of given up if i was a sales person serving me, he would gently and patiently help me to navigate all my questions and frustrations. Hi Guys I haven't been to the website in some time and was very pleasantly surprised at the improved look and interface of the whole thing. My order was submitted after midday but arrived the following morning - all present and correct - 21 hours completion time I make it! A total success even in this day and age. I received an email from you telling me my order had been shipped literally 15 minutes after my paypal payment was accepted! Just fabulous - thanks so much. My only complaint now is that seeing as the website is so good, I have less reason logically and more reason ethically to not have a catalogue knocking about at home. I shall have to find some other reading material for the smallest room in the house!
