Review: As the house engineer at the Flowerpot in Derby I had decided it was time to refit my old wedges with new drivers and horns after realising gradually increasing problems with the on stage sound and the odd grumble from the artistes. Refitting them with new drivers and horns was one option but chose to buy and try out just one of these Studiospares monitors to begin with. Wow what a difference and virtually no more problems on stage. I have now bought three and plan to purchase more shortly. Dear Michael R Dowsett, Someone recommended your business to me. What he never told me was the degree of competence and excellent customer service would be afforded me. From one of my initial conversations with your staff whatever doubts i had were patiently addressed. Of note is someone i spoke to called Russell...his ability to induce calm within stress is quite profound.Whereas i had episodes of being flustered due to not understanding studio tchnology etc,he would gently educate me. Also he made me feel like i was the only customer for the day despite me knowing that was clearly not the case. As a result of speaking to him i followed through with my intentions to buy in which i encountered someone called Paresh at the sales counter. Again a very pleasant and professional person. Despite times when i would of given up if i was a sales person serving me, he would gently and patiently help me to navigate all my questions and frustrations. Certainly in these two members of staff i consider you fortunate. Hi Guys I haven't been to the website in some time and was very pleasantly surprised at the improved look and interface of the whole thing. My order was submitted after midday but arrived the following morning - all present and correct - 21 hours completion time I make it! A total success even in this day and age. I received an email from you telling me my order had been shipped literally 15 minutes after my paypal payment was accepted! Just fabulous - thanks so much. My only complaint now is that seeing as the website is so good, I have less reason logically and more reason ethically to not have a catalogue knocking about at home. I shall have to find some other reading material for the smallest room in the house!
