SOMMER PLUG MAMA SNAKE 8+4 50m  A unique and sensible design is one of the  main features of this stage box.  The connector surface is arranged at an  angle, so that the XLR cables don t  stick in the air or get bent.  Everything becomes more pleasing and clear -  and people stop stumbling  over the box. PLUG MAMA is a reasonably  priced, elegantly designed,  professional pre-wired stage box. All connectors  are Neutrik. Inputs are  metal XLR locking sockets. The cable is the  renowned Mistral MCF with  Al/Pt foil shielding, separately insulated,  numbered wire pairs. The  casing is made of steel and incredibly rugged and  resistant to scratches.  The input connectors are clearly separated from the  output connectors and  the output connectors are exactly where they belong:  on the back of the  box! The gland securing the cable to the box has a flared  entry and an  effective seal. To reduce the possibility of strain on the free  end  connectors, a Cable Tension Relief is fitted as standard. For clarity  reasons, the large numbers have been shifted slightly to the right, so the  numbers will not be obscured by the locks of the XLR connectors. The  casings of the models 16/8 and 24/8 have an extra pre-stamped output  connector for 72- and 108- pin Multi pin connectors. Made in Germany.  There are 3 configurations each with 3 cable lengths.
