The robust rubber like matte outer jacket provides excellent flexibility even down to -300C. The jacket also feels good and is almost entirely filled with PVC . This makes it impossible for the copper shielding and the conductors to twist. To guard against interference the spirally wound shielding is of polished copper wires and is 95% optically opaque (instead of the usual 85%). Conductors are of oxygen free copper with PE-insulation. This accounts for the very low self capacity which retains the high frequencies on long cable runs. The inherent anti-kink properties ensure performers do not have to contend with trailing cables wrapped round their legs. Available in six colours. 6.2mm diameter.
