BUSTER POP UP MIXER CASE 12U 200MM DEEP.  For those who hump mixers around  and use  them for a living, this product is a must. The construction is very solid,  making competitive products look toys, more so after a few weeks' use.  Corners are genuinely protected from knocks by plated steel bumpers. The  lid is secured by two metal butterfly catches. Substantial lift off style  hinges are used. The mixer can be raised to operate at 45 degrees by a  handle and is supported by two substantial ratchet stays. Cabinet edges  that mate with the lid are of sexed aluminium extrusions which increases  the products stiffness and resists the ingress of dust and water. The  panels are of hard vinyl covered plywood with a black plastic laminate  inside. This construction resists hard knocks, is practical and looks  good. The depth below the rackstrip is 18.5mm which leaves ample storage  space for cables and accessories below the mixer. Lid depth 5.5cm. See  also Shallow version Code 460-840.
