And for especially weak signals, a 20-dB preamp is included. Varying input impedance has no effect on the rest of the signal processing chain - no matter what you hook up, thanks to the buffer amplifier. The DI4000 also features our proven OT-1 transformer, ensuring ultra-linear frequency response from 10 Hz to 50 kHz. A switchable 6 dB/octave low-pass filter allows problem-free direct connection of guitar and bass amps. The DI4000 yields a S/N ratio of -95 dB and THD value of <0.005%. The DI4000 gives you two balanced inputs (XLR and balanced jacks), a balanced output (XLR) and a practical link output (1/4" phone) per channel. Mains powered the Illuminated buttons and super-precise 8-segment LED displays keep you informed at all times. The DI4000 provides a direct connection of amplifier outputs with up to 3,000 Watts.
