DRAWMER DL241 (XLR)  COMPRESSOR + EXPANDER  The Drawmer DL241 successfully  combines the characteristics of the "soft knee" compressor with the  "ratio" type where compression occurs above a fixed threshold. At the  highest ratio it becomes a true limiter. An Auto mode adjusts the Attack  and Release times according to the programme dynamics. A further  innovation is an expander that continually adapts itself to the programme  dynamics which provides a smoother transition from compression to  expansion. Excessive limiting over a few milliseconds causes the system to  reduce its gain automatically. Threshold controls are provided for  expansion, compression/limiting and peak limiting. Balanced XLR  inputs/outputs on XLR version.
