Channel Islands

Please note, in order to not be charged VAT and offered the correct delivery rate when registering you must click the "For Non-UK, Channel Islands, Gibraltar & Isle of Man orders please click here to enter your address." link during checkout, do not enter a postcode. From the country list drop-down select the applicable one from either "United Kingdom - Guernsey" or "United Kingdom - Jersey" . Failing to select the correct country will cause you to be charged VAT and the wrong delivery amount, this is likely to delay your order.

If you have already set your account to the wrong country then this can be changed by clicking the "My Account" link at the top right of the page, returning to the checkout page should alter the VAT and delivery rates accordingly.

Certificado de Identificación Fiscal   
The tax ID number for all companies.  It consists of a letter followed by 8 digits.  The letter represents the type of company.                               

Consignee's NIF (B2C)
Número de Identificación Fiscal
Tax ID number for all individuals. 
For Spaniards it is their DNI (Documento Nacional deIdentidad) plus one letter, for foreigners it is their NIE (Número de Identificación de Extranjero)

Consignee's Passport Number (B2C)
A copy of the passport may be requested by the customs authorities in the Canary Islands in order to perform customs clearance

Consignee's DNI (B2C)
Documento Nacional de Identidad
ID number for Spanish citizens

Denmark Special Instructions
Customers ordering from Denmark must supply a 11 digit Personal ID number if they are an individual or if they are a company they should supply an MVA number. Please enter this information in the Extra Delivery Information at the bottom of the checkout page.
