I just received the free headphones omitted from an order I placed before Christmas. I did mention this in an earlier email but wasn't too worried if there were no more in stock. However, someone took the trouble to send these out to me. Can I just say then, that it's little touches like this that will ensure my custom in the future. Best wishes for 2010.
