Hi Guys I haven't been to the website in some time and was very pleasantly surprised at the improved look and interface of the whole thing. My order was submitted after midday but arrived the following morning - all present and correct - 21 hours completion time I make it! A total success even in this day and age. I received an email from you telling me my order had been shipped literally 15 minutes after my paypal payment was accepted! Just fabulous - thanks so much. My only complaint now is that seeing as the website is so good, I have less reason logically and more reason ethically to not have a catalogue knocking about at home. I shall have to find some other reading material for the smallest room in the house!
