This Site has been designed to allow you to purchase products online. It is very easy to use, and totally secure.
We have divided our products into 12 main groups, and dozens of categories. Simply click and scroll to view products in any chosen category. When you choose a category, eg Mics - Condenser (in the group MICROPHONES), the first 20 products in that group appear on screen. Click on any one of the 20 for more information about that product. Alternatively you can click on View All to see all products in this category.
Search. Use Quick Search to find a product, category, or brand name you are looking for.
Quick Ordering. This feature is useful if you have already found a few products in the paper catalogue, and just want to place an order quickly. Simply enter the Studiospares code numbers of the required products, and the quantities you want.
Buy Now. Click on Buy Now to add a product to your shopping basket. In your basket you can alter the quantity of any item and see what the new total amount is (use the Recalculate button). You can also remove unwanted items. At any time you can Shop for More items, Click to Pay, or cancel the whole order.
Payment and Delivery. Enter all details as requested. For Web Express orders placed before 3pm on a working day, delivery should be on the next working day, subject to stock availability. If you require a different delivery date, you can request it here. If we cannot deliver for any reason, we will contact you within 4 working hours. When you press 'Order Now', you will be taken to the Secure Server so that your payment details can be taken. This ensures your card details come to us and noone else! Once the order is completed you will be given a transaction reference number, and you should shortly receive an order confirmation by email. Please note that this confirms that we have received your order and does not constitute any form of contract.
Account Holders. Studiospares 30-day credit account customers can place orders on the site:
1. You should have been sent a letter with your Username and Password.
2. Login using these details. You can then update your details to use your email address and your chosen password for future use of the site.
3. If you don't have the initial password letter, this can be sent again, but please note that this information will only be sent to the Invoice Address of the account .
